MONTHLY PACKAGE: “COMMITMENT”

Commit yourself to a full month of workouts and fitness guidance

What you get: 1 hour virtual personal training sessions specialized to your fitness goals, a personal trainer and advisor, weekly guidance with meal planning and supplements, additional support via phone line whenever needed. These classes will be scheduled throughout the 30 day month. ** 6 minute daily ab workouts are formatted and done by yourself on your days off.

two options:

12 sessions per month & additional 6 minute daily ab workouts: three one hour virtual workouts per week 
16 sessions per month & additional 6 minute daily ab workouts: four one hour virtual workouts per week
