WHY IS HAVING A STRONG CORE IMPORTANT?

  • Core exercises are great for improving posture, balance, strength, and stamina. Your goal after each workout is to build your self-confidence. Think mentally and physically stronger. Set your intention before you start each workout.

IS IT OKAY TO DO AB WORKOUTS EVERYDAY?

  • You can train abs in some way, shape or form every single day — assuming you’re healthy and injury-free.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • 6-8 minute daily challenges: each day you will have a pre formatted core workout to complete on your own timing.
    • The workouts alternate between “Plank Series” and “Crunch Series”
    • The days have focuses center or obliques
