6 MINUTE AB WORKOUT – no rest (rest when you need)

CRUNCH SERIES It is a known fact that the idea of putting core workouts at the top of your priority list will not only help you feel stronger during your workouts, but it will help alleviate chronic back pain, posture and overall posture alignment while you sit, stand and walk.

WARMUP: chose one of the options below.

Neck tilts – 1 set of 10 reps**

Arm rotations – 1 set of 10 reps**

Trunk twisters – 1 set of 10 reps

Spot jogging – 1 min**

Cat cow for 30 secs**

YOUR WORKOUT:

💥1 min bicycles – option add resistance band around arches of feet

💥1 min alternating straight leg jackknives – option bend knees into chest or no weight

💥1 min straight leg lowers with weighted lat pull – option bend knees or no weight

Repeat
